Мы дадим Вам возможность и инструменты для перезагрузки после сложного или тяжелого дня/недели, Вы пополните свои силы и поднимите свое настроение.
Правила
Наши преподаватели
Оставайтесь в зале в течение всего занятия. В случае, если вам критически необходимо выйти, сделайте это между позами.
Соблюдайте тишину в зале. Не разговаривайте и не шумите в зале до, во время и после занятий.
Не используйте яркую парфюмерию и ароматические масла перед занятием. Дайте отдохнуть своим органам чувств.
Выключайте мобильные телефоны. Мы не приветствуем использование в студии мобильных телефонов.
Приходите вовремя. Для Вашей пользы и безопасности опоздавшие более, чем на 5 минут, не будут допущены на занятия.
Стильное светлое пространство, наполненное заботой и дружелюбием. Чистые залы и инвентарь, комфортные раздевалки, внимательный администратор.
